We want every purchase from the FBCOPV.org Online Store (the “Store”) to be a positive experience. Because our Store exists to support the ministries and mission of First Baptist Church of Progress Village, this policy is designed to be fair both to our supporters and to the church.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

• To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • In original packaging (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Digital downloads (sermons, e-books, PDFs, media).

• Event registrations or tickets (unless the event is canceled by the church).

• Donations or contributions made through the Store.

• Clearance or final sale items.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

• We will gladly exchange defective or damaged items at no cost to you.

• If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will be responsible for any difference in price and applicable shipping.

5. Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Special Circumstances

Because we are a church-based store, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you have special circumstances, please contact us directly.

First Baptist Church of Progress Village (“FBCOPV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) wants your online shopping experience to be simple, convenient, and dependable. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the FBCOPV.org Online Store are processed, packaged, shipped, and delivered.  Our goal is to provide reasonable shipping options while being good stewards of the resources entrusted to the church.

1. Where We Ship

At this time, the FBCOPV.org Online Store primarily ships merchandise to addresses within the United States.  We may offer shipping to additional locations in the future. If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, and delivery requirements will be disclosed before an order is completed.

We currently do not guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes, military addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless the available shipping method specifically supports the destination.
